She executed my vision exactly as imagined. I cannot stop admiring my tattoo. Plus, it has been a great conversation starter. She made the whole process comfortable as well - snacks, water and good conversations. I have already recommended her to so many of my friends. This was supposed to be my final tattoo, BUT, I know I am going back to her when I decide I want another one. I have to mention that 'Golden Oak Tattoo' is a very neat and comfortable place.

Best black and white realism tattoos I’ve ever seen. Even the experience made me feel like a vip. Excellent communication, expectation setting, after care (which was all provided), water provided, jokes included, phone stands as well (nice touch), and plenty of snacks and drinks. He’s been open since August, and I cannot wait to see how else this shop grows. Worth every penny with the art alone - everything else was icing and sprinkles and cherries. Thank you for putting your soul into my lifelong piece. You’ll see me coming back for more, that’s for sure!

Had a wonderful first experience of this place. Was tattooed by Dhalia, who a friend was tattooed by previously. We had an awesome time, great conversation. And incredible line work. I was greeted immediately upon entry, offered snacks and beverages. A very clean and hospitable environment. I will definitely definitely recommend Dhalia and plan on returning for more ink!

I drove 4 hours to get tattooed by Etgar, and it was worth every mile. His knowledge, precision, and mastery of black/white/grey realism is truly unmatched. You can instantly tell he takes his craft seriously every detail matters to him, from the design to the execution. The hospitality he and his wife Gita showed my wife Brooke and me was incredible. They made us feel so welcome the entire time. The studio was spotless, the stations were super sanitary, and he kept everything as clean as possible. They even had snacks and great music, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Etgar isn’t just skilled, he’s a true master of his craft who genuinely cares about every detail in his shop and in his tattoos. And Gita is the sweetest, together they’re hilarious. Come prepared with some dad jokes! Thank you, Etgar and Gita! I’ll definitely be back soon. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo, go to Etgar you will not be disappointed.

I’ve been going to Emily Francis for a little over a year now and will continue seeing her! She’s extremely talented, knows how to take a concept and improve on it, and is so kind and gentle; especially through the toughest parts of getting tattooed. The space is very cool, the folks that run Golden Oak are so nice and hilarious. They provide snacks, drinks and a calm atmosphere the entire time you’re there. They even have a PlayStation while you chill between sessions or while your artist gets ready. I highly recommend Golden Oak and will continue to book with them and Emily!
