📄 Booking & Terms Policy — Golden Oak Tattoo

Effective Date: 08.02.2025

By booking an appointment or contacting Golden Oak Tattoo, you agree to the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

• Clients must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued ID is required.

2. Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must arrive in good health and sober.
• Service may be refused if you appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Inform your artist of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities.

5. Results & Aftercare

• Healing and final results depend on individual aftercare.
• Aftercare instructions will be provided — following them is the client’s responsibility.
• Golden Oak Tattoo is not liable for results affected by improper aftercare.

6. Risks & Disclaimer

Tattooing involves risks such as infection, allergic reactions, or scarring. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and accept full responsibility.

7. Studio Environment

• Only clients being tattooed may be in the tattoo area.
• Children and pets are not permitted.
